I know Google kicked one of my blogs to the curb when I switched the blog over from blogger to a self hosted url. Keep getting those public service ads showing over and over again. 3 months later adsense is showing normal ads. All is well now but it is hard to tell them that you owned both addresses and are simply switching over your content. First time doing it and lessons learned now. Thank you for sharing your insight on a topic that so many misunderstand, even the gurus. And your take is the most reasonable I’ve found online — it might happen, it might not, but why be the one to find out about the “duplicate content” penalty
